Issam Sultan

Issam has spent more than 25 years inside the aviation industry — across operations, flight support, and aviation management — and one frustration followed him the whole way: there was no single book that explained how this remarkable industry actually fits together.

So he wrote it.

Issam is based in the UAE. When he isn't writing or working, he is building Charlie Center — a free, playful home for aviation education, with quizzes and games that make anyone aviation-aware.
